Local and National Programs
Local programs are projects ran by the different JCI local branches and is an ideal way to get involved while learning new skills. As a JCI member, you can get involved in an existing project or have support in running your own project to make a positive impact in your local community.
Ten Outstanding Young Persons
JCI TOYP serves to formally recognise young people who excel in their chosen fields and create positive change.

The Friendly Business Awards, organised by JCI Ireland, is our flagship business programme where we recognise the pivotal role small businesses play in our local community.

Active Citizenship Week
The 1st week of September this year marks what is, perhaps one of the most important weeks on the JCI International Calender, Active Citizenship Week.
This is a week where people can come together to do simple tasks that will make Ireland a better place to live.
Leadership Academy is JCI Ireland’s flagship training event and is headed up by head trainer Catherine Laffey and assistant trainers.

Public Speaking Championship
The JCI World Public Speaking Championship offers members a unique opportunity to exercise and showcase their abilities.
A speech competition requires a special kind of public speaking, challenging participants to express creative ideas in a clear and captivating manner.
Tri-Nations Debating Championship
Debating skills equip members to advocate the message of social responsibility, resolve conflicts, respect differences and overcome obstacles.
Each year at the JCI Area Conferences and JCI World Congress, national teams contend for the title of JCI World Debating Champions. JCI Ireland won the World competition in 2016, 2017 and 2019.
The JCI Twinning Program is a voluntary and reciprocal agreement between national organizations or local organizations in different countries, regions or cities.
Local Branches can sign twinning agreements between other International local Branches.
Business Success Series
The Covid19 Pandemic forced many businesses to completely close or pivot in a new direction & JCI Ireland wants to provide them with the tools they need to boost their business in this ‘new normal’.
Run as an online collaboration between JCI Ireland branches with a superb line of top speakers and panelists across the business industry will be bringing their expertise and experience to you during these focused business sessions.
Pin Design Competition
This competition is set up to empower the creative edge of young citizens and college students by providing opportunities that empower young people to create a positive change.
This challenge is open to all residents living in Ireland aged 18-40.
