JCI Ireland is hosting a new project "FeelGood Vibes" in 2021 as part of the global JCI RISE initiative. During the pandemic lockdown, a lot of fitness training providers are forced to stop the physical training and switch to the online class. JCI Ireland would like to support businesses in the fitness industry by hosting introductory teaser classes for JCI members and the public and promoting the importance of physical activities towards mental health.

For the second session of the "FeelGood Vibes" series, we are so honored to invite Hannah from Hannah Hatha Yoga to be our trainer of Yoga Training!
Hannah was introduced to yoga as a teenager, She knew straight away this was something that she wanted to keep practicing and exploring. Ten years on and she is still on her yoga journey, still learning and exploring.
Her passion expanded for yoga while she was living in Vietnam. She spent two years there practicing various traditional yoga styles. After this, she spent a year in NZ practicing mainly Hatha. Some time in Australia practicing more contemporary styles such as Bikram and power yoga.
Hannah completed her 200 hour teacher training in Mathatitu Yoga Ashram in kerala, India. After this she spent some time volunteering and teaching in hostels while she was traveling south East Asia.
Hannah arrived back home in Cork last year where she has been teaching in Zen Space Studio and online.
Her style is traditional focusing on Hatha with a vinyasa flow, aligning and calming the mind, body and soul.
